What are the costs of having my own psychotherapist counsellor coach?

Sessions are arranged to suit your individual needs. Sessions can be delivered face to face by video phone, phone, email or face to face (or a combination of these methods). It is advisable when doing deep work to meet face to face to establish rapport and a baseline before moving to non face to face work. It is therefore very flexible, to fit in with your lifestyle and needs, and can be done anywhere in the world. The frequency and the length of the sessions can be chosen to suit your needs. Usually there will be a regular meeting, phone, or video phone discussion supported by exchange of emails between to celebrate success, encourage during tough times, share tasks done following verbal sessions and clarify queries. Emails are usually answered within 24 hours.

	Sessions can be booked individually or in packages
	Initial 20 min discussion of your needs is free of charge
	Standard face to face session of 90 mins is £70
	Face to face session of 2 hours is £90
	A popular video phone or phone package costs £200 per month for four 45 minute phone sessions plus up to four emails.
	Another package costs £125 per month for two 45 minute phone or video phone sessions plus 2 emails.
	Other phone and email packages are calculated at £60 per hour including 1 email with each hour.
	Face to face, Phone, or video phone packages without email are calculated at £50 per hour.
	All video phone and phone packages quoted are based on you making the call to me at an agreed time. (If you do not have access to low cost phone charges, alternatives can be negotiated)
	Packages (including session times) are agreed and paid for a month at a time in advance.
	Reductions to the above rates are available for longer periods (3-6 months) paid in advance
	Clients I have worked with can have a periodic life health check up (an annual birthday review is a good way to do this - celebrate growing older, wiser and achieving your goals) Birthday review package is 2 hour session for £90 incuding file of recording of the session and tools to help your review.
