What are the costs of having my own coach?
Coaching packages can be arranged to suit your individual needs.
Coaching can be delivered by video phone, phone, email or face to face (or a
combination of these methods). It is therefore very flexible, to fit in with your
lifestyle and needs, and can be done anywhere in the world. The frequency of
coaching and the length of the sessions can be chosen to suit your needs. Usually there will be
a regular phone or video phone discussion supported by exchange of emails
between to celebrate success, encourage during tough times, share tasks done
following verbal sessions and clarify queries. Emails are usually answered
within 24 hours.

| A popular video phone or phone package
costs £150 per month for four 45 minute phone sessions plus up to six emails. |
| Another package costs £75 per month for two 45 minute
phone or video phone sessions plus 3 emails. |
| Other phone and email packages are calculated at £50 per hour
including 2 emails with each hour. |
| Phone or video phone packages without email are calculated
at £45 per
hour. |
| Face to Face sessions depend on where they take place, and
are typically £80 per hour with emails and £75
per hour without. |
| All video phone and phone packages quoted are based on you
making the call to me at an agreed time. (If you do not have access to
low cost phone charges, alternatives can be negotiated) |
| Packages (including session times) are agreed and paid for a month at a time in
advance. |
| Reductions to the above rates are available for longer
periods (3-6 months) paid in advance |
| Clients I have worked with can have a periodic life health
check up (an annual birthday review is a good way to do this - celebrate
growing older, wiser and achieving your goals) |
