What is Coaching?

Many people long for a different life, but settle for the one they have because they cannot see how to get from here to there, or they are afraid to voice their dreams, or feel they should be grateful for what they have. Often our lives are more determined by what others want or expect of us than what we really want for ourselves. Sometimes we are not sure what we want, or think it is impossible to acheive. 

A coach is someone who works in partnership with you to support your professional and personal growth. The professional coach has an objective perspective and listens to what's really going on inside you and in your life. The coach then helps you to identify and move through your blocks. Coaching is not therapy or counselling, but a new form of personal consulting that synthesizes the best concepts from business, psychology, transformational work, philosophy, sport and spirituality.

The goal of coaching is to help you live the life you want to.
