What we provide
Life-Goals provide psychotherapy and counselling, life coaching, conflict management and mediation. In both personal and professional situations communication or the lack of it is the root of many issues.
Counselling consultation
Counselling can assist in a huge number of situations from depression and bereavement to anxiety, marriage difficulties and personal development. In an in depth consultation we’ll review your issues and goals as well as our compatibility. I’m a registered member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), accredited by the Neuro-Linguistic Psychotherapy and Counselling Association (NLPtCA) and an accredited member of the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapy (BABCP). Practicing in Warrington, I draw on my training in psychotherapy, business and therapeutic modelling to help individuals and teams work through issues to reach a satisfactory outcome. Remote counselling available
If you can’t visit me for counselling in Cheshire or live outside my call out area don’t worry, I can still help you remotely. I am able to offer counselling and advice over video conferencing. It’s important that you receive support from the right person to achieve your goals and modern technology allows us to get around geographical restrictions.
